The Allen County Clerk’s office has deeds dating back to 1865 and mortgage records dating back to 1902. Online Indexing for deeds started in 1923 and for morgages in 1965. Indexing for liens/encumbrances start in May of 1976. We also have wills indexed back to 1976.
